How long will delivery take?
Australia: 7 to 15 business days. New Zealand: 8 to 16 business days. Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Australia: $9.95, or free on orders of $79 or more. New Zealand: $14.95, or free on orders of $120 or more. Rest of the world: $24.95.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Items can ship from different warehouses, so larger orders sometimes arrive separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide and the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. Unworn clothing with tags can be returned within 30 days for a change of mind. For hygiene reasons, underwear, bras, lingerie, bodysuits and swimwear can only be returned if faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered. See our Refund Policy for details.
